Your areolas should look just like they did before your medical treatment within 4 to 6 weeks—which is enough time for two sessions. Expect these results to remain visible for a period of 12 to 18 months, at which point we recommend you schedule a touch-up session. Should you notice any fading in the micropigmentation prior to that, please don’t hesitate to contact us. After you have received medical tattooing in Manhattan, refrain from activities that may cause excessive sweating, including intense physical exercise or using a sauna. We recommend avoiding anything that could cause your skin to peel for two weeks following your pigmentation session. This includes spending extended periods under the sun or using tanning beds.
